Annie Bell Green

Annie Bell Green was born the daughter of Peter Broadie and Pearline Moody Broadie on January 28, 1948 and entered into eternal life on Saturday, July 21, 2018.

Annie was the fourth child of six siblings. She obtained her education from Clarksville, Tennessee Schools.

Annie moved from South Guthrie, KY. to Indianapolis, IN. where he met Sergeant Lee Philip Green. In June 2, 1984 they were joined in holy matrimony. She was an employee of Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) for 30 years in Indianapolis, IN.

Annie began her spiritual guidance at an early age at Guildfield Missionary Baptist Church in South Guthrie, Ky. She continued her journey and became a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church under the pastoral direction of Rev. T.T. Newman which is currently under the leadership of Dr. Theron D. Williams Sr.

To have a relationship with GOD and to really know what REAL LOVE is …would be a way to describe of really knowing Annie. She was never met a stranger, she was known for hugging as her way of greeting you, always had that “kool aid” smile upon her face and always confessed her love for GOD.

Annie was preceded in death by her father Peter Broadie, her mother Pearline Moody Broadie.

Annie leaves to cherish her memories to her husband: Lee P. Green, her sons: James L. Broadie, Phillip D, Green, her three daughters: Paula M. Broadie, Pamela J. Daulton ( Curtis), Angela F. Green, her siblings: Mary Broadie, Martha Whitney, Louise Whitfield, Ben Broadie, Sally Broadie, and grandchildren: Jasmine Broadie, Gregory Gude, Ariana Green, John Perry, Jaila Perry, Aniya Sloan, Payton Broadie, Quentin Wallace, Caira Daulton, Shaela Broadie, and 3 great grandchildren: Quincee Albright, Josalynne Broadie, Alexandria Albright, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
