Alberta Bertie- Lee (Federle) Lafeber

97, of Indianapolis passed away March 20, 2017.

Bertie was married to her late husband, Stanley “Joe” LaFeber, for 67 years. They were charter members at Speedway Christian Church. Bertie was a member of the Daughters of the Nile, Koran Temple #30, and the Knit Wits.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley “Joe” LaFeber and her siblings, Dora, William, and Fairy.

She is survived by her children, Ronald (Phyllis) LaFeber, David (Nannette) LaFeber, and Janine (Anthony) Dinkel; grandchildren, Jason (Dorothy) LaFeber and Jennifer Leverenz; and great-grandchildren, Kyle, Zachary, Dakota, Jaykob, and Lincoln.

A visitation will be held Monday, March 27, 2017 from 4PM-8PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway, 2950 N. High School Rd. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at noon with additional visitation one hour prior.

Memorial contributions may be made in Bertie’s memory to Speedway Christian Church.
